Q. How do I place an order?
A. You may order online with a credit card or download our order form and fax it to us with your credit card information
Q. What is a digital print?
A. Our medium is our computer. All of our portraits are created from your photo(s). Your photographs are printed with high quality photographc materials. Custom prints to canvas are available and quoted upone request.
Q. Can you put more than one perons in a print?
A. Yes. There is a $10.00 charge for each additional person that needs to be silhouetted.
Q. What is the best kind of photo to send?
A. Digital photographs from an 8megapixel camera is recommended. The larger the final size the more resolution camera source you will want for quality. We can also utilize prints and negatives. Original negative would be recommended over print for quality, but we have great productions that originated from prints.
Q. How many photos do I need to send?
A. One well focused photograph is usually enough. Depending on the type of background select for pre-made backgrounds, you may want to send two or more optional poses, and we will decide which fits the selected background for you.
Q. What if the pose I have does not match the layout of my preferred choice?
A. The majority of our background objects are created in 3D or other digital media that can be re-positioned to accommodate your photograph. Please give us your specific needs, and we will let you know if any additional charges are necessary.
Q. How do I send you my photos?
A. You can upload digital photos when you order online or send your negative, print or digital photo via disk or envelope to the address at the bottom of our pages. All photos mailed to us will be returned with your final prints.
Q. Can I get a proof of the art work before it ís shipped?
A. Part of our process is to email you a proof of your print prior to printing, so it is necessary to provide us an email account. Studio and photographers can proof in their account manager. We only go to print when we receive your OK.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my proof?
A. We can alter any issues regarding the integrated background or color usage, but should it be relating to the original subject, we would not be able to correct. We refund monies minus the silhouette charge of $10, if we are unable to complete your order at the proofing stage.
Q. How long will it take to get my print?
A. Most orders are designed and shipped within one week of receiving them. If you have a rush order and need your custom portraits by a specific date, call us and we will do what we can to meet your needs.
Q. How are prints shipped?
A. We ship by U.S. mail priority or FedEx.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my print?
A. If your print arrives with damage due to shipping mishandling or other apparent surface flaws we will replace the photo print. Since proofs are supplied prior to printing we cannot refund money when no apparent flaws are present. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Q. Can I use my custom portrait on my business marketing materials?
A. Only pre-specified purchases can be utilized for commercial usage. We retain the reproduction rights on all of our original art work.
Q. Will my custom portrait be used on your website?
A. Yes, we may on occasion use the composition in our marketing materials including our website.
Q. Are custom sizes available?
A. Yes. Based on the quality of original artwork, we have had great success with photo poster sizes of 24"x36". Please call or utilize our contact form for a price quote.
Q. Do you provide quantity discounts?
